【摘要】:1Thisstandardspecifiesthesafetyrulesfortheconstructionandinstallationofpermanentlyinstallednewelectriclifts,withtractionorpositivedrive,servingdennedlandinglevels,havingacardesignedforthetransportationofpersonsorpersonsandgoods,suspendedbyropesorchainsandmovingbetweenguiderailsinclinednotmorethan15°tothevertical.2Inadditiontotherequirementsofthisstandardsupplementaryrequirementsshallbeconsideredinspecialcases(potentiallyexplosiveatmosphere,extremeclimateconditions,seismicconditions,transportingdangerousgoods,etc.).3Thisstandarddoesnotcover:a)liftswithdrivesotherthanthosestatedin1.1;b)installationofelectricliftsinexistingbuildingstotheextentthatspacedoesnotpermit;c)importantmodifications(seeannexE)toaliftinstalledbeforethisstandardisbroughtintoapplication;d)liftingappliances,suchaspaternosters,minelifts,theatricallifts,applianceswithautomaticcaging,skips,liftsandhoistsforbuildingandpublicworkssites,ships'hoists,platformsforexplorationordrillingatsea,constructionandmaintenanceappliances;e)installationswheretheinclinationoftheguiderailstotheverticalexceeds15°f)safetyduringtransport,installation,repairs,anddismantlingoflifts.However,thisstandardmayusefullybetakenasabasis.Noiseandvibrationsarenotdealtwithinthisstandardbecausethesearenotrelevanttothesafeuseofthelift.4Thisstandarddoesnotspecifytheadditionalrequirementsnecessaryfortheuseofliftsincaseoffire.note:2)Existingbuildingisabuildingwhichisusedorwasalreadyusedbeforetheorderfortheliftwasplaced.Abuildingwhoseinternalstructureiscompletelyrenewedisconsideredasanewbuilding.
