【摘要】:ThisPartofBS7506comprisesstandardmethodsofmeasurement,providingreliablemeansofdeterminingthevaluesofthosepropertiesofmaterialsrelevanttoelectrostaticphenomena.Therangeofvaluesofapropertywhichissignificanttoelectrostaticeffectsislimited,anditisonlyusefultomeasuresuchapropertywithinthisrange(forexampleresistancevaluesbetween10Ωand10Ω).Forthisreason,simplerproceduresareacceptable,andfewerproblemsofinterpretationarise.Forprecisemeasurementsofpropertiesoutsidetheserangesreferenceshouldbemadetomorespecializedstandardmethodsandtorelevantscientificliterature.
