【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardinoneofaseriesofstandardsdealingwiththesamplingandtestingofpaints,varnishes,printinginksandrelatedproducts.Itspecifiesamethodfordeterminingthefinenessofgrindofpaints,inksandrelatedproductsbyuseofasuitablegauge,graduatedinmicrometres.Itisapplicabletoalltypesofliquidpaintsandrelatedproducts.Ofthethreegaugesreferredtoin4.1the100μmgaugeissuitableforgeneraluse,butthe50μmandespeciallythe25μmgaugewillonlyprovidereliableresultsinthehandsofskilledlaboratorypersonnel.Particularcautioninnecessaryininterpretingreadingsoflessthan10μm.
