【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62282providestheminimumrequirementsforsafetyandperformanceoffuelcellmodules.Thisstandardappliestofuelcellmoduleswiththefollowingelectrolytechemistry:–alkaline;–protonexchangemembrane(includingdirectmethanolfuelcells);–phosphoricacid;–moltencarbonate;–solidoxidefuelcellmodules.Fuelcellmodulesmightbeprovidedeitherwithorwithoutanenclosureandmightbeoperatedatsignificantpressurizationlevelsorclosetoambientpressure.Thisstandarddealswithconditionsthatcanyieldhazardstopersonsanddamageoutsidethefuelcellmodulesonly.Protectionagainstdamagetothefuelcellmodulesinternalsisnotaddressedinthisstandard,provideditdoesnotleadtohazardsoutsidethemodule.Theserequirementsmaybesupersededbyotherstandardsforequipmentcontainingfuelcellmodulesasrequiredforparticularapplications.ThispartofIEC62282isnotapplicableforroadvehicleapplications.Thisstandardisnotintendedtolimitorinhibittechnologicaladvancement.Anapplianceemployingmaterialsorhavingformsofconstructiondifferingfromthosedetailedintherequirementsofthisstandardmaybeexaminedandtestedaccordingtotheintentoftheserequirementsand,iffoundtobesubstantiallyequivalent,maybeconsideredtocomplywiththestandard.Thefuelcellmodulesarecomponentsoffinalproducts.Theseproductsrequireevaluationtoappropriateend-productsafetyrequirements.
