【摘要】:1.1.1ScopeofEN1997(1)EN1997isintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithEN1990:2002,whichestablishestheprinciplesandrequirementsforsafetyandservceabilitydescribesthebasisofdesignandverificationandgivesguidelinesforretatedaspectsofstructuralreliability,(2)EN1997isintendedtobeappliedtothegeotechnicalaspectsofthedesignofbuildingsandcivilengineeringworks.Itissubdividedintovariousseparateparts(see1.1.2and1.1.3)(3)EN1997isconcernedwiththerequirementsforstrength,stability,serviceabilityanddurabilityofstructures.Otherrequirements,e.g.concerningthermalorsoundinsulation,arenotconsidered.(4)NumericalvaluesofactionsonbuildingsandcivilengineeringworkstobetakenintoaccountindesignareprovidedinEN1991forthevarioustypesofconstruction.Actionsimposedbytheground,suchasearthpressures,shallbecalculatedaccordingtotherulesofEN1997.(5)SeparateEuropeanStandardsareintendedtobeusedtotreatmattersofexecutionandworkmanship.Theyaredenotedintherelevantsections.(6)InEN1997executioniscoveredtotheextentthatisnecessarytocomplywiththeassumptionsofthedesignrules.(7)EN1997doesnotcoverthespecialrequirementsofseismicdesign.EN1998providesadditionalrulesforgeotechnicalseismcdesignwhichcompleteoradapttherulesofthisStandard.1.1.2ScopeofEN1997-1(1)EN1997-1isintendedtobeusedasagenerabasisforthegeotechnicalaspectsofthedesignofbuildingsandcivilengineeringworks.(2)ThefollowingsubjectsaredealtwithinEN1997-1:Section1:GeneralSection2:BasisofgeotechnicaldesignSection3:GeotechnicaldataSection4:Supervisionofconstruction,monitoringandmaintenanceSection5:Fill,dewatering,groundimprovementandreinforcementSection6:SpreadfoundationsSection7:PilefoundationsSection8:AnchoragesSection9:RetainingstructuresSection10:HydraulicfailureSection11:OverallstabilitySection12:Embankments(3)EN1997-1isaccompaniedbyAnnexesAtoJ,whichprovide:inA:recommendedpartialfactorvalues;differentvaluesofthepartialfactorsmaybesetbytheNationalAnnex:inBtoJ:supplementaryinformativeguidancesuchasinternationallyappliedcalculationmethods.1.1.3FurtherPartsofEN1997(1)EN1997-1issupplementedbyEN1997-2thatprovidesrequirementsfortheperformanceandevaluationoffieldandlaboratorytesting.
